At Randall’s Candles we are highly focussed on Mental Health, and we have therefore partnered with MIND to be the charity we support going forward. Mental health has come to the forefront in recent years. During and after ‘lockdown’ we all needed to take care of ourselves in this regard and many are still experiencing the longer-term effects of this.

Both crafting and specifically candles are known to be excellent for ‘mindfulness’ and therefore beneficial for our mental health. In this section of the website, we want to explore the benefits of making candles/wax melts.

Sometimes it all gets too much, and we need a bit of support from someone else. This is where MIND has lots of very useful information on its website and has the facility to talk to someone with experience in mental health or guide them to the right group.
